That’s why I created Fundamentals 2 LEAD — a practical and reflective leadership program that helps people at all levels develop their leadership from the inside out.

So, what is it? Fundamentals 2 LEAD is a learner-centered, cohort-based program, split into two, 3-day training sessions scheduled six months apart.  The first part focuses on:

• Being a Leader – exploring your personal identity as a leader, how your values influence your actions, and what it means to lead authentically.

• Relating as a Leader – looking at how we build trust, navigate influence, and communicate with clarity and purpose.

• Acting with Intent: developing your emotional intelligence, resolving conflict, and being clear in your messaging, feedback, and delegations.

• Thriving as a Leader: understanding the complementary benefits of resilience, adaptability, and agility and how they influence creativity, critical thinking, and team performance.

The second part builds on this by exploring:

• Creating and Leading Change: how to work with complexity, lead with vision, and support others through change.

• Inspiring an engaged culture: learning to let go of control and lead with influence to engage teams and create opportunities for curiosity and innovation.

• Executing strategy:  aligning vision with strategic planning, acting, and deciding and holding teams accountable to drive results. 

• Leading into the Future: thinking long-term, being adaptive, and committing to ongoing personal growth.

Each element of the program combines practical frameworks and applications, self-reflection, group discussions, success strategies, and assessment tools to help participants embed what they learn into their day-to-day leadership.
